DEARBORN- Sabeel Media, which focuses on spreading cultural awareness and showcasing diversity through its films, hosted a Thursday night crowd at Adonis restaurant here to watch the screening of an informative cultural documentary. The company believes in promoting understanding and reconciliation between Eastern and Western cultures. Sabeel Media is now accepting documentary submissions for its ‘Intersection of Faith and Culture’ contest.
Documentaries should be 10 minutes or less in length and may be in any language; if not in English, they should include English subtitles.
Each video must feature an intriguing/interesting person who shares their story with the audience then introduces the viewer to another person in their life that is different from themselves (whether through culture, language, religion, gender etc.).
