DEARBORN – The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee is celebrating its 12th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration and Scholarship Reception on Friday, Feb. 11. However the deadline to apply is Jan. 18. Students are required to submit an essay. For further inquiry on the ADC scholarship application process visit, www.myadc.org.  The Detroit Urban League will co-host the event in commemoration of Dr. King’s birthday and black history month. Applicants must be of Arab or Chaldean descent. Students can also obtain information about the program from school officials or ADC information officers.
