REDFORD — Byblos Cafe and Grill celebrated its new location in Redford with a grand opening on Tuesday Oct. 7, in the presence of city officials officials and community leaders  and the owners’ friends and family. 

The celebration coincided with the 10th anniversary of the business.

“It’s only getting better. We’ll keep going unyil we have ten locations,” said co-owner Brian Ahmad, thanking the crowd for attending the event. 

Ahmad also expressed his gratitude to the Redford Chamber of Commerce and Huntington Bank for their cooperation. 

Redford City Supervisor Tracey Schultz Kobylarz said it’s a delight to have a Mediterranean restaurant that serves fine cuisine in the city.

The guests were treated to a buffet of Middle Eastern delicacies.

Byblos Cafe & Grill’s new location is located on 27206 Grand River, Redford. The restaurant offers catering and carry out.
