The East Downtown Dearborn Development Authority (EDDDA) has teamed up with the Dearborn Chamber of Commerce for the creation of the first annual Taste of Dearborn East event, which will be held on September 15th, 2010 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The event will showcase the diverse variety of flavors offered by sixteen local restaurants serving food along Warren Avenue and inside the Fairlane Town Center complex.
Participants will receive a wristband that will enable them to sample free food and/or to purchase drink specials if they choose. Passenger vans will be available for transportation to the participating restaurant of their choice until 10 p.m.
Participating restaurants include Adonis Restaurant, Fuego Mexican Grill, Habib’s Cuisine, PF Chang’s China Bistro, Amani’s, Prestige Cafe, Roma Bskery, and more.
The cost is $25 and reservations are required by September 15, 2010 with ticket prices at the door costing $30.
Participants must be at least 21 to participate and will receive a wristband during the check-in process at 5:30 at the EDDDA office, 13750 Michigan Avenue, starting at 5:30 p.m.
