DEARBORN — Henry Ford College (HFC) and all three League of Women Voters (LWV) chapters in Wayne County will host a candidates forum for the 14 candidates running for Wayne County Executive on Thursday, June 12. This forum will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Forfa Auditorium, located in the Andrew A. Mazzara Administrative Services and Conference Center (ASCC) on the main campus.
WXYZ (Channel 7) will live-stream the forum on its website. The candidates for Wayne County Executive are: democrat Adam Salam Adamski, republican Fred A. Bolden, democrat Phil Cavanagh, republican John Dalton, democrat Cindy Darrah, democrat Warren C. Evans, democrat Robert A. Ficano, democrat Russell George Leviska, democrat Kevin M. McNamara, democrat Bettie Cook Scott, democrat Sigmunt John Szczepkowski, republican Daniel K Wenderlich, democrat William R. Wild and democrat Christopher Wojtowicz.
Adamski, Bolden, Cavanagh, Evans, Ficano, Scott, Wild and Wojtowicz have all confirmed their attendance at the candidates’ forum. The primary election will take place Tuesday, Aug. 5. The forum is free and open to the public.
