DETROIT — State Police would like to talk to possible witnesses to a shooting that took place on westbound Interstate 94 around 1:30 a.m. on the east side.

The shooting occurred near Mt. Elliott. According to police, the possible witnesses were in an SUV with aftermarket paint that changes color— from green to maroon or blue— depending on the light. The vehicle also has large aftermarket rims and bluish headlights.
